Mylie’s Senior Session | A Sweet Sendoff with Friends

Every senior session is special in its own way, but this one was extra close to my heart—because Mylie is not just a client, she’s my niece. I’ve watched her grow into the beautiful, confident young woman she is today, and getting to capture this milestone for her was such a full-circle moment.

To make it even more fun, Mylie brought along four of her best friends for the shoot! Their energy, laughter, and inside jokes added so much joy to the day. There’s something really special about being surrounded by the people who’ve been by your side through the highs and lows of high school, and I’m so glad we got to include that bond in her photos.

We found the perfect mix of classic senior portraits and fun group shots that show off both her sweet personality and the connection she shares with her friends. From giggles between poses to playing music in a field and riding a gator from spot to spot, this session was filled with genuine moments—and those are always my favorite to capture. We also grabbed her little sister Skylar for some really fun sister photos that I know they will both cherish.

Mylie, I’m so proud of you. Watching you shine and celebrate this exciting season of your life made me teary behind the lens more than once. I know big things are ahead for you, and I can’t wait to cheer you on every step of the way.
