Happy New Year

Personal

Happy 2018! I hope everyone had a magical holiday season.

2017 was like a whirlwind for me. We went into 2017 with our daughter being just shy of two months and still trying to adjust to being a family of four. Both of our little blessings kept us busier than ever all year long.

Last year was so good to us! Our 2017 in a nutshell…We watched Olivia grow and change each and every month and celebrated her first birthday just before Thanksgiving.  Chase matured so much over the last year and watching him become a big brother has been incredible. The way he cares for Olivia and looks out for her is just the sweetest thing.  We took our first vacation as a family of four to Atlantis.  Both kids did wonderful with the flight and the entire vacation.  I think Chase truly had the time of his life, aside from his NASCAR experience in 2016, which he still is talking about.  My husband was promoted to a new position at his company which takes much more time away from us. I couldn’t be prouder of him.  I returned back to work in the spring feeling worried that I would not have many returning clients since I had taken close to a year off. To my surprise, it was one of my busiest years yet! I am so blessed to have worked with so many past clients as well as so many new ones.  Thank you all!  It is such a pleasure to capture your families!

Like every year with most families, there are some rough times. We had a few this past year, but we made it through with such a supportive family, amazing friends, understanding clients and faith.

We started this New Year out with spending time with our little ones, cleaning and organizing the house, which I’m a still working on and discussing our plans and ideas for 2018.

I am so excited to see what 2018 brings! Wishing all of your a year of health and happiness!
